BBVA Compass, as sponsor, reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the event prior to departure should circumstances dictate. Such a decision could be based on the advice of federal, state or international government entities and/or legal and security advisors. The right is also reserved to amend the itinerary, schedule or other arrangements, should it be necessary for the benefit or safety of the group, or for other reasons.

BBVA Compass, the sponsor of the group, and our partners act only in the capacity of agents and accept no responsibility for service of any aircraft, train, motor coach, automobile, or any other conveyance used in connection with this trip, nor for additional expense due to delays, loss or accident to passenger or baggage, occasioned by such service or sickness, weather, strikes, war, terrorist activities, quarantine, or from any other cause. By participating or agreeing to participate in the group, each passenger agrees that all such losses or expenses shall be borne by the passenger. The usual passage contract in use by the airline, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between said airline and the group participant(s) and/or passenger(s). Any fees charged by the airline at check-in, and/or related to luggage, are at the participant(s) expense.
