Payment Details
You are responsible for room, tax and incidental charges during the meeting dates (Distrubutors: nights of June 11th – 12th/ Atlas Copco Employees: nights of June 11th – 14th). Please reference the travel and transportation tab on this site for your specific arrival and departure dates and times for the meeting. A credit card will be required upon check-in for your room charges. The discounted Atlas Copco group rate is $152.75/ night (inclusive of taxes and fees) during the meeting dates.
 
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you want to extend your trip, please note those days during registration. You are personally responsible for all costs incurred during the extended dates. A credit card will be collected to guarantee your additional nights at the hotel. The events team will reserve your extended nights for you, please do not contact the hotel directly.

*For those arriving prior to the meeting dates listed above, the full group rate of $202.75 (inclusive of taxes) will apply.
 
Family members or significant others are welcome to join you before or after the meeting only, but not permitted during the meeting days.
