GROUP TRAVEL POLICY
In order to avoid or reduce the possible impact on the business of Atlas Copco of an accident, the following guidelines should be used, when practical, based on available options and schedules:
The number of employees travelling together on the same flight must not exceed 30 non‐executive travelers. In case of group travel, a local insurance company should be consulted prior to the travel and an appropriate insurance policy should be obtained.
 
 

MANAGEMENT TRAVEL POLICY
In order to reduce the risk exposure when management is travelling together on the same flight, the number must be less than 50% of the members of a management team.
This rule applies to management on any level in the Atlas Copco Group e.g. Group Management, business area, division, product company or customer center, and in any combination of members of that team.
In addition to this, the following combinations of senior level executives must NOT fly on the same flight:
-The Chairman and the CEO
-The CEO and more than one Business Area President
-More than two Business Area presidents
-A Business Area President and more than two Divisional Presidents of that Business Area
-More than three Divisional Presidents per Business Area
